This cleverly-designed extension to the village hall at Barham in Kent has made a huge difference to village life by providing a big increase in space despite the constraints of the site.

Cleverly wrapping the extension around three sides of the existing building was the only way to add the space required on such a difficult site. The stunning result has been highly praised by villagers.
